Negotiations have stalled. Stone Harbor Public Works employees without contracts for 19 months. Nearly two years without a raise. Yet the employees continue to show up every day with professionalism and pride. Working this long without a new agreement creates uncertainty for employees and their families. It affects morale, recruitment, and retention, and sends the message that the work performed by Public Works employees is not being given the priority it deserves.
