It always amazes me when a town promotes numerous personnel from first a volunteer firefighter to a paid one, then within a short time, promotes in this case 4 firefighters to captain, only to create the need for an additional 4 more firefighters to fill their place. The cost to the taxpayer is never exposed and the runaway is set on it's track. The people in Stone Harbor are in for a reality check once the train begins to run out of steam. Once set in motion, it cannot stop and will require hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep its wheels turning. Taxes will skyrocket!!!!
