RE: Rio Grande Spouter - I too saw the Norris post on his big plan. Aside from the disrespect shown from Mayors Tim and Zeth, should we just be impressed that Norris had an idea and ignore the fact that it’s not a good one? If he is soliciting public donations, why is it so out of line for members of the public to express, politely, the fact that they don’t support the idea? Middle Committee members aren’t used to being told NO, but I’m sure just like the renovations at Goshen complex, only those within the committee think this is a good move.
