Seems almost every house in our neighborhood is installing a pool. Remember, it's still a residential neighbor hood and not a commercial business property. Have some consideration for your neighbors. No one should be subjected to multiple kids non stop screaming from morning to dusk all weekend long. If it were a dog barking all day you would call the cops. Why is it different for kids literally screaming poolside at the top of their lungs. Get in the pool and swim. Shut your mouth so you don't swallow water. Problem solved.
