Has anyone else noticed that you never hear of any big NJ scratch-off lottery ticket winners in Cape May County? I just bought (4) of the new $5 scratch-offs at a local Acme and didn't win a thing...not even a free ticket. This is not the first time, either. I know plenty of people who spend their hard earned cash on scratch-offs on a daily basis and never win. The NJ Lottery Commission must think folks in CM County are rich. I know I'm not! We're curious...does the Lottery Commission know what town/store the big winning tickets are destined to go to? If so, be fair and send some our way!
