As I see it the complaints in the Crest (garbage, noise, parking) put people in 3 camps - homeowners who do not rent their homes. These families often have company in the form of families. Families with children seem to want their children to be able to sleep at night. The Crest has been the family friendly borough. The next camp is people who rent to families - similar issues. Then there are those now renting to kids, mostly for the purpose of drinking. Landlords of this group just want to pack them in for profit. Why the Crest and not by the Boardwalk. Make noise there until 1 am.
