I am thinking within the Trending Local Topics column to the right of the Spout Off page, a highlighted comment section would be Parking Issues and Parking Violations. I see so many violations that go unchecked or enforced, like blocking the sidewalk, parked in a yellow zone-for days on end without the police or parking personnel not doing a thing to enforce parking regulations. Such attention to this Hot Topic may bring the cream of violators to the top of the mix, resulting in inner police dept. memos to enforce the worst of the worst.
