I want to thank the zoning board for not approving the rezoning of the lot from commercial to residential. Instead of having three multi million dollar homes increasing the value of the properties around them, now we get to see a building falling apart with overgrown grass, weeds, garbage, rodents, broken windows, dumpsters and each day a new surprise. All this in the name of “southern business district”. Please give me a break. We have a pizza place, a sandwich shop and a bakery. And no one enforces the no idle laws for trucks
