I'm leaving Avalon Saturday around noon, and there is a maroon pickup truck right after you get onto Avalon Boulevard from 30th street and these 3 guys were dumping trees and large stumps into the wetlands.I forgot my phone or I would have called the po po. Anyone else see them?
