I wish the underage electric scooter rider, who was definitely not 15 but flying up-and-down 24 street without a care in the world not realizing people back out of driveways. And there's a blind driveway with bushes, people are not going to see him coming before it's too late. And he's going to get hurt or killed, and it's going to be our fault, not his negligent parents.
