One offensive word at the MUA has been enough to cost employees their jobs. But when a supervisor posts something many viewed as racist, the punishment is simply, “Delete it and move on.” Same workplace. Different rules. Accountability shouldn’t depend on your title or who you’re friends with. If the policy is zero tolerance, enforce it equally. Otherwise, it’s not justice—it’s selective enforcement.
