We need a tourism control commission. Tourism has always been a nuisance but tourism has now become a quality of life issue. We have excessive tourism to the point where tourists make life miserable. Too much traffic. Impossible to find parking. Overpriced everything. But it gets worse. The tourism not only ruins the summer but the tourists start moving here or staying longer into the season giving us no break from them. So much of our farms and forest land disappeared under housing developments to accommodate shoobies that decided to move here. We could do with a lot less tourism.
