Why isn't the City enforcing Ordinances. Rental permits, Elevator Inspections, instead of contacting the F.D. they should charge the homeowners and renters getting stuck in the elevator for not having the elevators inspected for Safety. Why should we as Taxpayers pay. It's costing alot of manpower. Increase all businesses for extra trash pickup not $25.00 it should be increased to $1000.00. Trash bags piled up high not in cans.
