So let me get this straight: the City of Sea Isle's Council members can grant a magical "hardship variance" to the Mayor of said town/County Commissioner Director/Bar owner for the purpsoe of allowing him to bypass all those pesky city codes like they're suggestions, for the benefit of expanding his compound of bars, with live (loud) outdoor music playing , but heaven forbid another bar owner in town gets the same courtesy to expand his own bar business . Got it! 🙄 Rules for thee, but not for me... Classic!
