We can spend billions of dollars funding "bridges to nowhere" and a railway connecting San Francisco to LA that after thirty years costs $500 billion, and has less than 100 miles built. The Democrats are worried about a reflecting pool that cost less than $20 million and just needs a few minor repairs! Makes perfect sense!
