Eye opening article on the front page of the Herald “County Students Lag in English, Math Scores” Why is this happening? Who is dropping the ball? I was shocked to see that Cape May Tech was one of the two County schools with the fewest students meeting state standards. Tech was one of the County’s best schools about 10 years ago. What happened?
