North Wildwood

Having just turned 80 years old, I managed to reach the water's edge on the 18th Street Beach, without the aid of a wheel chair or motorized assist. However, I noticed that the width of the beach is smaller and condensed. The walk to the water was laborious and shaky. Something was missing. Yes ! Where are the beach mats? We go through this every year. Why hasn't North Wildwood learned about the importance of utilizing the mats when we sink in the sand? The baby boomers who depend on these mats are now staying away; spending $$$ elsewhere. Please get wise !!! SERIOUSLY, "MR BEACHMAT" !
