At approximately 5:30 p.m. this past weekend, after the lifeguards had left for the day, a drone repeatedly flew over the beach, creating a constant buzzing noise that disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. It hovered back and forth for an extended period before eventually landing directly on the beach in front of the operator. I was trying to enjoy a quiet evening by the water, but the drone was both distracting and intrusive.
