The treatment of high school coaches has become an increasingly concerning issue. A growing number of entitled parents feel empowered to openly criticize and undermine coaches-often without consequence.What was once a role rooted in mentorship and community pride is now, too often, subjected to public scrutiny and disrespect. It is becoming increasingly difficult to retain qualified coaches at the high school level.
