Trump spent 14.7 million dollars renovating the reflecting pool and within a month was covered with algae. Obama spent 34 million dollars (including some pipe work and support pilings) renovating it and within a month was covered with algae. Since it draws its water from a tidal basin in the Potomac the problems will always be the same. The major difference is the democrat's propensity to catastrophize everything Trump says and does. Somehow they think algae is a political victory for themselves. Weird.
