First, CM taxpayers should not always be on the hook for school taxes at Lower. If the CG does close housing, the kids still need to go to school. WCM, CMP, and CM need to share the burden. When did anyone agree for Palumbo to be Superintedent, Principal and Special Services with Food Service and Teachers sharing duty at both schools? That would seem they deemed both schools together when that happened. Cape May residents should not have to take on that burden tax wise. If both schools will be underfunded, figure it out. Stop sharing services.
