When you turn on your house lights at night, look around and check out the proximity of your neighbors' windows to that light. The LED are the worst and you DO have a choice. You can get the soft white which is still eerie alien like, but at least less stark. Now the motion lights are a whole different story. A skunk crosses the yard at 2 a.m and that horrible light goes into a neighbor's window too. What the solution is for that, I don't know. The flood light motion lights are OVER THE TOP....and other options to that, well spouters can say. I fon't know.
