Who represents AVALON MANOR? After a three year campaign to get a seasonal traffic signal, we were invited to a Public Meeting. The County Engineer, and a hired Traffic Study Firm (NV5), presented the concept of a Roundabout, instead of a Traffic Light.Nearly 60 Avalon Manor residents listened to this presentation, and then asked questions and presented concerns. Residents were almost 100% against a roundabout. Possibly the most important question asked was “Who will make this decision?” The answer: The County Commissioners, not one of whom thought it important to attend this meeting.
