The hotel on Sweet Briar and the beach in Wildwood Crest has been closed for years is not being worked on because a group of taxpayers sue every time the boro approves the project. It's been years since the boro said yes but it gets tied up in court every time. I went to every meeting. If you don't like the way it looks don't blame the boro, blame the folks who keep suing to stop it.
