Just would like to put a shout out to the owner of 3 property rentals that are all situated on the same lot. Yea you may be getting your rent every month but have you actually visited and checked your property??? Trash all over, building supplies all over, stuff screwed to the siding ,holes all over and the roof of one of them is now separating, so yea as it may be you get your payment a every month but them people are destroying your property and you will be fixing a lot when or if you get those people out... May wanna come look before it's too late
