It’s going to be a long hot summer with the mayor closing the pool until 2027. It should be opening in 2 weeks. Very disappointed children and grandmother as this was one activity they could enjoy together. And now have to pay full price for beach tags since closed with such late notice. The mayor and recreation department should have had better sense then to close / allow construction during the summer months. Change contractors or get another bid! You let your constituents and those of us who use the pool, down.
