I find it laughable the conversation about enforcing the E bikes on the Boardwalk, The Police don’t enforce anything, Dogs on the boardwalk, Smoking on the Boardwalk and beach. What makes anyone think they will enforce anything else. Not until some innocent person gets killed by one.
