A lot of talk about the nuke deal with Iran by President Obama. President Trump pulled the U S A out of the treaty/agreement. Were any other countries in the agreement? If so, did they pull out of it when the U S A did? If not, why did Iran raise the grade of the material while the agreement was in force?
