Nowadays there are two types of employers. Some employers require employees to work onsite and some don't. If you're Gen Z graduate and you prefer to work onsite, you're in luck. I read that only 6% of Gen Z prefers to work onsite, so that group could well get multiple job offers from the many many employers who prefer you come into the office. Conversely, due to the law of supply and demand, the other employers (those that are okay with work from home) will have their pick of only the best of the the other 94% of Gen Z.
