Regarding how the community pool on Winslow Avenue in North Cape Mayconstruction was handled this year. It’s a shame that it’s not an election year for the mayor coming up next year because I doubt he would be voted back into office there were that many people that are upset with him, not getting the pool open and starting construction after Labor Day. Same thought pertains to those on the council.
