It is so heartbreaking that the season has only just begun and we already have two young lives lost while enjoying the ocean. Every year it's recommended not to swim without lifeguards on duty and every year the warning is ignored. Sadly, the shore towns will eventually prohibit any beach access without lifeguards on duty due to cost of probable lawsuits.
