The problem isn't AFSCME. The problem is county government administration. The administrator, county council, and certain department heads disrespect county employees. They didn't earn their jobs,they received them because of nepotism. The few that were able to work their way up the ladder in their respected departments they let them go to make room for another friend of a commissioner. Sad county we live in. Something has to come to a head. KARMA does exist.
