Do residents even know these managers and council members personally, or are they just repeating what a handful of disgruntled employees keep posting online? Go to a Council meeting, and have a conversation instead of relying on rumors. Everyone knows who the constant critics are. The irony is that the same people claiming there's a toxic work environment seem to be the ones creating it through nonstop attacks and negativity. If the Township is truly that terrible, nobody is forcing them to stay. There are plenty of other jobs available, but these employees are probably not qualified enough.
