Cape May Substation never made loud clanging nuisance noises until a month ago. ACE says they don’t know where it is coming from. Really!!!! It’s metal that clangs when the wind blows. Shouldn’t be that hard to figure out. If you hear it, feel free to call 1- 800-833-7476. Representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In a city known for tourism, beauty, the beach, and peace this is a disgrace.
