I was speaking to a boardwalk merchant a few days after Memorial Day weekend who said they had to close up at 9pm (early) because teens were stealing stuff left and right. I can't imagine why he'd lie to me, so this problem must be very real. We're still feeling the ripple effect from that idiot "kids face no consequences" law from a few years back. How wrong ARE these politicians?
