I’m from the county, where many of the same AFSCME issues have existed for years, and I personally know the Deputy Manager. The original complaint wasn’t even from Lower Township, yet certain AFSCME board members continue to make her the target of every criticism. You can tell by the constant attacks and negativity who is creating the toxic environment. AFSCME needs to stop acting like it speaks for all employees—it doesn’t. Many employees are tired of the grievances, drama, and division and just want a professional workplace with accountability and fair treatment.
