Looks like the bar owners in Sea aisle are running this town. The city solicitor looked like a clown up there yelling at the council for only asking questions about a bar in a store front. Doesn’t he know that there is a three sink requirement for youn a bar and that it has to be approved by the Health Department. Drinks are considered food.
