I was just wondering how one builder can get away with building on undersize lots. I am watching two houses being built on a corner and looking at the setbacks being so close to the existing house. The same builder has applied for a hardship variances on other undersize lots. How is this builder getting away without following the legal setbacks. Does this have to do with some Township politics?
