I just received a copy of the "Chief of Police" report which seems to have been written to accomplish what the wanted, that is getting ride of the Police Department. We the taxpayers paid $20,000 for a report that stated we need officers in our School and Crossing guards. This elaborate report wanted us to have an 18 man police department yet they have allowed us to be pretty much an "on-call" service for an egregios 79,000 a month fee. So now what does the Commissioner of Puble Safety get paid for.
