JUST REMOVE THE SIGNS: There are signs posted on the Washington Mall about no dogs, no smoking, no bikes and no skateboarding. If the police are not going to inforce the laws, remove the signs. BTW: If the mayor can’t resolve this, how is he running for Congress.
