We all pay our ACE electric bill each month. They are higher than ever! Can ACE please use some of that money to clean up their CM Substation???!!!! Now to add to the transformer’s nuisance noise we have a NEW one! Clanging when the winds blow (which is most of the time) 24/7. Sounds a lot like Santa’s sleigh bells. Merry Christmas…….
