So many complaints about SIC. It seems as though the city council does not care at all about the residents concerns. Parking problem, oh we can use that space for a dog park closer to Strathmere though. Speeding, let's just slow down Park since the community center will be built there. Community center, no one wants it, but too bad. Rental permits, just a suggestion.
