Lower Twp should be ashamed of them selves for the condition of Schellenger's Island paving. A huge steel panel in the middle of the south bound lane by South Jersey Marina after a brand new asphalt road and beautiful red brick cross walks was completed. Why does it seem that when ever a municipality completes a large project like this, they have issues that completely tarnish the finished product.
