Common sense knew better on the black asphalt and that it will be very hot, even on a 75* day like we had over the weekend. What would you expect from this Mayor and Council. They approved it! Remember this when going to the polls and voting for Congress. If this is the type of decisions he approved in a small town, what will he do in Congress.
