Sad to see some of south jersey’s schools have budget problems and others laying off. The administrators can’t run the schools and the teachers can’t teach their students. What is so surprising about that.It is problem that plagues every level-of education and is effecting the entire country. Who is to blame? Why are our tax dollars being squandered? The entire educational system in America has failed.
