No one should be gloating over the court decision in Virginia. In fact, you should be angry that the Texas and Florida ( where gerrymandering is against its constitution) courts didn’t do their job. It’s not about someone’s “side” winning, it’s about doing right. In 2022, the Ohio Supreme Court struck down a new map, and the legislature ignored it. What this does is guarantee the primary winner no matter how extreme will win. With no decisions and those 2 states among others passing laws to suppress voting, it tells me they know they can’t win on policy. No shame.
