Cape May

In response to the teacher spouting about the vice principal doing the job she was hired to do. Maybe you should realize that you are being paid to not dismiss the “problem” students but realize that not everyone will fit into your perfect square. Suspending kids to spend more time at home where these behaviors are learned isn’t the answer. Maybe, just maybe, the vice principal is building relationships with students, understanding what makes them work, and not disrespecting them and hiding behind a title of teacher when really it sounds like you just want kids out of your class.
