To the present day Leaders of the American Legion in Stone Harbor. I am appalled you would say you are a fraternal/ social membership organization and not part of the town! It is in fact strongly tied to serving veterans and the larger community, over the years. Which they have done for over 80 years on our island. I just recently received two requests for donations in the last 3 weeks and donated mind you. Stop with this private club license and bar campaign , party atmosphere you now feel a need for in our neighborhood.
