If you would leave your sofa once in a while and walk, pedal or UBER (you probably don't own a car) around the Township, you would see the massive improvements in the area because of the ''new blood". Why do you think one of the biggest real estate companies in the area built an office in Villas. My advice to you. If you can't deal, then move about an hour to our north. Here you will find folks with your mindset. LT has changed and changed for the better.
