Before any teachers are laid off in Lower Township, cut administrator positions and reduce their salaries. Administrator salaries are absurd. Some administrator positions can be shared between schools. The Lower Cape May regional district could take over the Lower Township district. No need for 2 superintendents. Consolidate the Lower Township schools into the LCMR district. So many savings are possible.
